"Off-Balance Sheet" and selective duality...

...in beliefs to support the theory du jour of the day.

1. EXHIBIT A

WMILT, WMIIC in the WMILT or the FDIC-R have hundreds of billions of assets (can't say which ones, it switches so often; now it's portfolio loans again (although fully reconciled to JPMs acquisition disclosures) after the mortgage backed securities (the ones sold are now somehow back in time brought back into legal isolation), mineral rights, branch banks, total assets and no liabilities, and on and on.

How do we know where are they?

Well, you can't see them because they are "off-balance sheet."

2. EXHIBIT B

JPMorgan Chase has $165 BILLION in WMI/WMIIC mortgages "that are definitely 'coming back.

How do we know where are they?

Well, JPMorgan's 2014 Annual Report SEC 10K filing exhibit "shows them."

So, there you go. Pick one; (whatever works) the hidden assets exist because they can't be seen because they are off-balance sheet or they exist because the off-balance sheet hidden assets can be seen in the required filings exhibit.
