Could pry your face away from the dinner table for a moment and update your shareholders on the reverse split???

Unless, of course, you are hoping to trap more victims into this scam that just assume the reverse split already occurred.

We expect that the Reverse Stock Split will be effective on or about January 4, 2016, at such time as a certificate of amendment to our Articles is filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware.
