SELLING MAY START EARLIER THAN PLANNED...

KIDS... We have a BID sitting at $.0001 per share this morning. IMHO... this is not a good sign as it signifies that aggressive selling by management may indeed begin sooner than later. I imagine that they have met with counsel regarding any available options still open to them at this time. Of course, they don't have any options as the $87,000.00 bill is due at any time now. Once again, getting a promotional company on board immediately is their main goal. After that, expect a few days of volume in the 20-50 million share sell off until they can pay off this horrible and devastating debt. In summary, this would kill any company that really doesn't have any aggressive sales left in the gas tank.

In conclusion, let's see what happens over the next 3-4 weeks. In the meantime, off to the Keys for a 3 day weekend with friends from North Dakota. Should be a great weekend down here and will most likely do some mackerel fishing this afternoon while my partner plays a round of bingo at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in town. She is all excited as the pot stands at around $6,300.00 if you get the Queeen of Hearts. Enjoy and hopefully most of us can get out of this junk within a month or two. Miller
