i think they are negotiating with suntech and suniva. mgmt told me via email they are very far along on 2 agreements. furthermore the investors package from 10/22/15 still contained suniva and suntech. the current one only talks of "two companies"

suntech is the biggest producer worldwide as far as i know... huge huge
