Just don't get Miguel...

The dude and his assistant have pulled down huge compensation that's been paid by the shareholders that are now earning pennies on the dollar for their shares.

The lack of corporate governance to allow excessive pay packages has to subject each director to shareholder litigation. Maybe some judge will require clawbacks of compensation paid to these two executive-employees?
