It is not an opinion. It is a fact. That "NI 43-101 Report" is bogus. It is not what they claim it is, which makes the contents questionable, at best.

See the current stock price for confirmation. And the massive amount of toxic debt outstanding guarantees the stock will never go anywhere but to zero. A quick look at the financial statements should make that quite obvious.
