WIPE OUT- kinda "smelled" that one coming:

The Ask being artificially propped up for weeks. The almost nothing volume for most of the past trading days, where the stock would sit all day- then suddenly put on vol only in the last part of the trading day. The Form-4 buys appearing to be the ONLY buying for all intents and purposes- knowing that when that stopped, there'd likely be little to no buying pressure to support this, let alone counter the coming massive dilution due to continual use of toxic, convertible debt borrowing they live off of.

I figured it was setting up for a massive dilution down-leg run here. Looks like the dam broke on this POS today.

0.55 / 0.62 (2000 x 3400)

Once the insider buys vanish, nothing but gravity propping this pile up. It's just back to being a convertible debt dilution machine and bad money pit looks like to me.

AND, the Magna 340K shares of coming, massive, discounted share dilution haven't even gotten their S-1 "effective" filing yet- wonder what's up with that? That SEC S-1 was filed over a month ago- and I believe, according to the filing, MAGNA doesn't even get those shares in-hand to sell n dump until the "effective" SEC filing occurs.

So it's only gonna get TRAIN WRECK worse from here for this POS IMO. 340K more shares to hit the Ask/sell-side at some point here SOON. Add in a massive new lawsuit- and I'd say they're on the ropes, literally in BK survival mode if I had to take a guess.

Look at the market cap wipe-out today:

.55 X 1,400,000 = $770,000 lousy bucks, LOL !!!

I mean, at some point- won't the worst of the toxic, convertible debt boy hedge funds even quit lending to this massive mess? A huge lawsuit hanging over um now too?

How long before this thing just goes back to 10 CENTS or even 1 CENT or whatever and finally belly up, once in for all? They gotta be near cash BROKE - I mean how would they not be? Just look at any past SEC 10-Q or 10-K going back several years- they ended the last Qtr with what, like $65K total cash to their name, but now are needing to put major law firms on retainer to defend against a very serious looking product liability suit - for them selling/using NON FDA approved "stuff" on human patients? HOLY FREAKING COW that can't be good IMO.

This upcoming SEC 10-K is gonna be a doozy IMO- I mean more of a train wreck than even the "usual" for these guys. Oh, but hey- they got a new name and a little "clinic" thingy and a couple of new web pages slapped up- so they got that all going for um, LOL !!!!

FANTASTIC.
