...also, it is exactly what JPMorgan reported that they acquired in the Washington Mutual transaction in there annual report and 10K filings.
...here's the simple math.
...$299B of WMB gross assets at seizure, less the change in net assets by JPMorgan’s fair value acquisition adjustments of $35B ($39B of WMB net assets adjusted to JPM amount of $4B) equals $264B of gross adjusted assets “reported by JPMorgan as purchased in the Washington Mutual transaction."
