Why should the SH's care if it is a personal claim or not?



Since Mr. Spencer and his wife are large shareholders and officers in GOSY, all shareholders should be glad they are suing Wallace. Every shareholder is damaged by what Wallace has done. As stated in the lawsuit, Wallace and his family conspired to manipulate GOSY's stock among many other activities harmful to shareholders.
