Someone still propping up the Ask, LOL??

This POS now has a 40% spread from the Bid to the Ask, LOL !!!

0.67 / 0.93 (5000 x 3400)

The Bid is collapsing (that's what sets the convertible debt boy's pricing, is the LOW BID or LOW PRICE in a given 3 or 5 or 10 day period - whatever the toxic debt conversion formula is per their SEC filings, so the Ask doesn't mean jack)

Don't tell me we're gonna see another Form-4 filed and that some insider is still throwing bucks at that Ask to prop this pile of crap up still, even into 2016? Really?

The Bid has never left the 70 CENT range for weeks (maybe a month or more- need to check a chart), even as the Ask has been run-out, propped up in the 95 CENT range several times- followed days later by a SEC Form-4 filing.

And STILL no S-1 form "effective" filed yet with the SEC? Wonder what's holding that up? That's the 340K more dilution shares getting handed to Magna for the last round of survival cash USRM borrowed- a month or so back, whatever it was.

They must be close to CASH BROKE again it would seem- especially now that they got a big ole lawsuit filed against um for product liability- and they're all "lawyered up" defending that freaking train-wreck mess, from their little "money maker" clinic thingy they created (LOL !! Looks like more of a liability to me, than any money maker?)

Not looking good here- looks like it's just setting up BIG for the next huge dilution leg drop and collapse, the usual pattern when that Bid starts to drop as it's been for several days now. Sub 70 CENTS on that Bid- which means that's the most one can get from their shares from them ole MM's, all they're willing to pony up and pay.

1,400,000 X .70 Bid = approx $980K lousy market cap. HOLY COW !! Sub $1 million lousy bucks again. What a wipe out mess this puppy is.
