Steven M Samblis long winded rant vs ZERO-SEC-Filings??

Steven M Samblis has posted on Tumblr again instead of helping IMTV shareholder by filing his promised SEC 10K with the United States Securities Exchange. His post is dated January 16th 2016. How long before he deletes this one as well



How is that IMO Steven M Samblis can go on IMO Useless rant instead of giving the United States Government contract details when this 8K was filed? http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11103279 Where are the contract details?

I find it very odd that Steven M Samblis doesn't mention how much damage the 2 Reverse Splits he did in 2014 did to shareholders? http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IMTV/profile

Is Steven M Samblis coming across as a Con Artist playing mind games with the public while IMTV investors have lost untold thousands of dollars? But IMO he didn't seem to give a damn about them....it appeared to be just about him.

Did Joe Sirianni do any DD on Steve M Samblis before signing a contract with him. Why would a public traded company talk about a contract but no disclose the details?

Could this have been prevented if Steven M Samblis have concentrated more on IMTV before?
