Here are some updates for you1. The XA case is the hands of the Federal Ditrict court Judge he will decide whether the case moves forward or not. The company believes it is not even a close call but nobody tells federal judges when to issue decisions not Glenn nor anybody else, so that's where the XA case stands. Once that is decided the case will pick up speed quickly 2. Nobody is fluffing any other symbol GG is moving to another home that is going to be majority owned by CMG that was explained already in a prior release read it. It fully explained the reasoning. 3. XA is still in business it is covering its expenses and growing slowly due to tight cash constraints but showing signs of improvement.4. The roll up is being worked on and is moving forward, it is the primary effort taking all the companies time, they are hopeful there will be news to put out in the near future, the deal was more challenging than anticipated but Laken is hell bent on completing it and feels that it is very close.
