Did you reread the 8K? Why is word CEO missing from Joe Sirianni's 'be it resolved that' section of the 8K? Is this a typo? Or done on purpose? Are the 'whereas' and 'be it resolved that' section supposed to contain identical language? Why are both of Steven M Samblis's section the same.....but not Joe Sirianni?

WHEREAS:


A. STEVEN SAMBLIS has consented to step down as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

B. JOE SIRIANNI has consented to act as the new President, CEO, Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.



BE IT RESOLVED THAT :


1. STEVEN SAMBLIS, has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. JOE SIRIANNI, who has consented to act as a President, Secretary and Treasurer, is appointed as President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. Why is CEO missing here??

Could the 8K be a smoke and mirrors trick? Is Steven M Samblis still in charge? Why hasn't the contract been made public? No need to wait Ha Ha
