Samblis guesses/opinions have been accurate since 2011

Yes we are. And everyone has an opinion and a guess. What were the guesses and opinions the last time IMTV was at no bid? Did people guess correctly that an 8k would be issued and scambliss would claim not to be involved any longer with IMTV and millions of shares would be traded as high as .0005? I'm still waiting to see more- if anything. Good thing is the most I can lose with my IMTV investment is only 100%.

The PPS hitting .0005...and staying there two different things.

Please advise why after it hit.0005 it has yet to return? Shouldn't Samblis have backed off the dilution to help shareholders attempt to get a return on their investments? After all IMTV has 3 channels playing...with ads on Filmon. So why does Samblis need to dilute so many shares? Couldn't he have paid his bills with Revenue? How could a TV Network report ZERO Revenue with ads playing 24 hours?

No excuse at all for Samblis and Sirianni not to disclose more specifics of the private transaction....right. Just the fact that investors have to try and guess what is going on is IMO pretty damn scary.

No one has to guess what Steven M Samblis's feelings are about Larry, Joseph Collins, Gayle etc etc....now why is that.

Samblis guesses/opinions have been accurate since 2011 if not longer. At this point maybe there not guesses but more like a description of behavior that may not change but will cost investors money. Didn't Sirianni do DD on Samblis? Why does he want to get involved with this company without looking at IMTV audited fins first?
