STOCK_MOMO, something else to consider…

You like ARIOQ based on your posts below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/memberpoststoboard.aspx?userid=173213&boardid=3943

BSSP has Outstanding Shares (OS) in the amount of approximately 771,401,971 shares. No matter how you slice that pie, that is a decent share structure for a stock that is at .0001 per share that is fully reporting and files audited financials with the SEC.

Actually, ARIOQ is in an even worse state than what you believe to think that exists with BSSP. ARIOQ has a reverse split history of which I am more worried about ARIOQ than I am with BSSP. If you research the previous ARIOQ CEO, you will see that although he is now successful, he was a huge failure with ARIOQ before moving on. He had done 5 reverse splits in the past. With the CEO that he replaced, I think we are safe from another reverse split, but the past for ARIOQ is far more worse than the past that exists with BSSP.

Don’t get me wrong, I like ARIOQ too and I am a shareholder in the stock too, but those 4 billion shares that you spoke of regarding BSSP are not even issued shares. With ARIOQ, the previous CEO has 4 billion shares that are ”actually issued shares” per the company’s filings of which are more positioned to hit the market than those 4 billion shares of BSSP that are not even issued.

Still, even though those 4 billion ARIOQ shares are more positioned to hit the market, I don’t believe that they will. I think they are going to be used as leverage to eliminate the debt from the company that’s linked to the previous CEO to retire those shares back to the Treasury… or at least that would be the smartest/logical thing for them to do. That would then make the OS for ARIOQ to be somewhere south of a billion shares in my opinion since the NV SOS still reflects that its AS is 1 billion shares. That’s a positive that many are waiting to see something official from the company.
