STOCK_MOMO, respectfully, with BSSP

I truly don’t know what’s going on with BSSP. I don’t have a clue… or… maybe a small clue is all I have. I don’t know anything about the CEO or the management of this company. I bought BSSP simply as a ”Lotto Play” at .0001 per share because of seeing its filings a few days ago. I have no intentions on killing too many brain cells on it until something of substance is further delivered regarding the company’s future operations. As of right now, I don’t even know what they do.

As for the CEO’s past reputation, back in the day, I probably would have blindly defended him without knowing much about him simply because of defending my position I own as a shareholder although not much. Over the years I have realized to not take such so personal and defend the CEOs of stocks I am in simply because I am in them. Maybe he is a scam or a liar or a cheat or a crook. Again, I don’t know.

However, I do know that I will not choose to stand in that glass house and throw those stones. I can’t pass that finite judgment on the guy. I know for a fact that people do change. Not all of them, but some do although that I will admit that it’s not very often within the penny stock world. I am only hoping that he has changed for the sake of us BSSP shareholders. If not, I can accept the loss for the risk that I am taking as a ”Lotto Play” for this stock and move. That is what we all do in any stock that ends up not working out.

Those 4 billion shares that you are referring to are shares in the Treasury within the company’s Authorized Shares (AS) that has not been issued. Technically speaking, they should not even be considered shares until or if they are ever issued. They are not Common Shares of which they are not part of the company’s Outstanding Shares (OS). That is a huge difference because the OS is what is used to assess the fundamental valuation of a stock and not the AS.

I would have to go back in my notes, but there are some multi-billion dollar companies that have some CEO’s with far worse records than this CEO from first glance and have transformed they nothings into somethings while bringing along some shareholders too. There are quite a few penny stocks to note with success that have had similar or worse numbers for their OS and AS numbers.

Here are some things to observe below that initially caught my eye to at least consider that BSSP has some potential to turn around into something decent to major…

BSSP has no reverse split history which could be considered a good thing:

BSSP was at .14 per share back on July 1, 2016:

Per the BSSP 10-Q filed with the SEC as of June 30, 2016, their previous OS was 50,765,414 shares as at August 14, 2015:

The BSSP 8-K recently filed confirms that the OS for BSSP as of Jan 14, 2016 is 771,401,971 shares:

Roughly around 6 months ago, BSSP was trading at .14 per share:

I say these things because when company do these convertible debenture deals with these note holders to loan them money, these note holders usually sell to get their money back with interest regardless of the price and regardless to how bad such selling at any price would affect a company’ share price. Most of them have a complete disregard for shareholders. Whether or not a company has any real operations, usually doesn’t matter. The info within the 8-K hints that dilution is over. This is the risk we take.

I have not spoken to the CEO or anyone from the company. Right now, I have no desire to do such, but that might change if more is released to show some hope of something major from an operational stand point to exist. I’m still sticking to my thoughts to at least keep BSSP on watch for the reason posted below which are some valid achievements:
