I understand 100,000,000 at .10 -.50 is a 30-50 million LOC...

and 10:1 R/S on 12 Billion is 1.2 Billion shares at $3-$5

For a company with Fundamentals of

188 Billion Market Cap on 1.2 Billion shares and 7.8 Billion in sales...Brokerage has to have a audit trail to post that kind of fundamental on a stock at .0001
