TO ME IT SUGGESTS ( and I am most likely wrong ) that a
big player - - by definition - - and a Dakshidin insider . . . . .

. . . . . sees a big announcement ahead - - SOON SOON
SOON, and wanted to grab some DAKSHiDIN, hugely under-
valued, should there be real news.


The 10M shares are not a big sale for sure. .. Maybe even
M.M. to M.M. only... However and Whomever - - the person
is big enough to do large block sales - - and IN THE KNOW
enough to be sure that the 10M shares for $1000.00 will be
worth $0.0010 - - which is $10,000 for a sleaze insider buy .



Illegal to be sure. .. VERY HARD TO PROVE.


I will make an SEC Complaint about insider trading if there
is hard news next week.
