Waiting to see if those 8 certs 24 Million shares and associated SS. Doesn't split out of ENTI when TORQ splits from DUTV into a OTCQB Holding company...

Other wise Hell's Gate awaits short's here...

I am not sure you can get FINRA approval for that action without FINRA committing Security Fraud and a anti trust violation, as shorts have to be matched on the open market and have greater or equal value than the shares shorted or caught short.

Maybe they think the holder's of those 8 certs don't have a clue as to the potential of their holding's...

I am cool...can't speak for the other 7 holder's...just better not get a tax bill on any of my holding's...if that action is approved...

Think the clock ran out on those 240 Short PTEL on the 6th...so 30-90 day extension is about all she wrote...imo


Of course could get a D to facilitate the clearing of those 240 certs and associated SS...that would be interesting starting at .0001 with no float and shorting rules in place...
