Pottsville...no offense or condescension intended.
What I meant was it was good to see a post that recognized the frailties of this company and its CEO.
I am amazed that after all these years there is still any support at all for the never-ending press releases, the release of "new" products, and I read with further amazement that posts to the website chat forum may have been deleted because of a cursor error !!! As the CEO is the moderator, one would imagine that her use of a mouse would be second nature given her self-acknowledged brilliance at advanced technology.
The joke continues, and the snake oil salesmen remain at large.
