Anytime the number of declines is 4 times the number of advances and unchanged combined, the market is showing "resistance" (buy signal)

At this moment the number of declines is almost 9 times the number of advances and unchanged combined (279 advances, 2890 declines and 45 unchanged) which is the strongest buy signal I have ever seen!
