Right now there is 7 million shares in the float, with an additional 5 million coming on this month.. Those 5 million are the convertible shares from the preferred offering.. So, the float will go to a still very small 12 million shares.. So if we were to use the average of your range for a market cap of 35 million, you get a price today of around $2.91.. From what I remember, the portal was worth 35 million, so future growth is not even been factored in, if the cost of the portal is the correct number.. As far as warrants expiring.. I had to ask a friend who has participated in the CYRX offerings his opinion.. He believes 500k expire this month, and another 5/6 million could follow.. Yes, warrants expiring are a good thing, but not for those who had hope to exercise..

My opinion.. AND THIS IS PURELY AGGRESSIVE SPECULATION ON MY PART.. To really get to the next level and get the stock moving, a million a month in sales would be THE start... And I don't see that potential kicking in, maybe until late 1st Q of the next fiscal year, which would be around late May or early June of this year... Then we also have factor in future capital needs, and what form.. Why not a little debt, instead of equity? A million in sales per month and aggressive future sequential revenue growth, makes that task a great deal easier.. So if we really want to go out on the edge.. A 20 million float, final count number, and in 2 years from now, 40/50 million in sales.. Slap a 4/5 price sales multiple on, that gives you a price of around $12.50...
While I have not purchased any stock for a while but have bought some tradable warrants because of the leverage they offer, CN, you may have made one hell of a purchase..

Anyone, any thoughts on my aggressive speculation?
