The plaintiff's claims makes this suit sound a lot like a medical negligence lawsuit in the complaint, (oops?). Then one can find a statement like " I mean big league medical/product liability and malpractice type stuff." to read, and it tends to confirm with little doubt that this complaint clearly seems aimed at a medical malpractice or negligence claim.

Quite interesting indeed... Now I can't wait for the plaintiffs response to the defendant's motions to be filed. What a story, better than a soap opera any day.
