Not interested in reading any more info ELGL puts out, all fake, all lies, all BS. Whether they have to register or not is completely irrelevant at this point, as Virginia has very lax enforcement of these activities. All one has to do is state they are exempt based on code exclusions and that pretty much ends it. Probably why they chose to set up their huge corporate office in Virginia Beach. One would think that a multiBillion dollar corporation with the vast subsidiaries they claim to own, would need several employees just to maintain records, payables/receivables/payroll/billing etc, at their corporate headquarters. How many employees does this company have? And exactly where does all this take place?
