Have you really lost touch with reality? Guns are provided to children by the parents who are to stupid to lock them up. Children are taught by their video games and movie/shows how to be cool to kill.
Cutting all the tears you want on stage not going to work. Start hanging the parents as an example. You might even see the NRA provide some reality support once some of their parent members go to jail. Penalty too harsh? I can hear that cry,
