you said you went on "the site". did you mean nevada's site? because my point, and i'm saying it for the 3rd time, is if they need to file an new amended list (see the fee for $400 they still owe?) this could be why rod martin's name is still there.
just sayin'... this could change. nevada updates things in phases.
