Here's a little DD about 2015's 13-G filers:
(Sorry about the formatting - is just a straight cut/paste from my notes in a WORD document. All info derived from Google searches. I make no guarantees about the accuracy of the info, but crossed-referenced multiple webpages to get the data. I'm also compiling info on Dore Perler and his Pearl Group Advisors, and Perler's multiple business ventures, failing stock of the companies he's tied to, past allegations of fraud about his business partners, relationships of China Direct to Big Tree, etc. Not yet ready to post my research into Perler though, there's too much I've got to sort through and cross-check. Personally, and this is strictly just my opinion so far, I am VERY suspicious of Perler with regards to stock pumping/dumping.)

REGARDING AMER SALAMEH and his Form 13-G Filing in March 2015
The web seems to indicate that he is President of L.A. Entertainment Group in Florida.
Amer Salameh seems to be involved in creating multiple business ventures, also real estate.
Has relatives with the Salameh Law Group
Resides at a condo complex located at 2797 First St. in Fort Myers Fl which is listed on his Form 13-G
Owns a strip club in conjunction with a relative named Emad.
(Amer Salameh is NOT a lawyer in FL. I checked Florida Bar to see if he is a lawyer).
Related to Mark Salameh. MARK Salameh is lawyer, however. He shows up on FL Bar search online.

I don’t see Amer Salameh tied to any stock type schemes (unlike Dore Perler), but geographical location in Florida makes me think that he has some sort of connection to Dore Perler.


Who is Jason Scott? (the other guy who filed a 13-G in May 2015)
The 13-G filed by Jason Scott shows an address that is an apartment building:
7420 Edinborough Way, Minneapolis, MN 55435
but the 13-G doesn’t show an apartment #

It appears JCM Holdings LLC was incorporated year 2014
Can’t discern what the purpose of his company is, but could certainly be financial related.
