It is at .0301 which is accurate.
The point being that it is going in the wrong direction.
The oil companies are hurting big time right now and if this MRU really worked, there would be a line from Canada to Texas with oil companies trying to get their hands on one.
They also would help to fund and speed up the development and manufacturing process.
