Alvie, that is interesting. I also observe that the price did not drop much in the trading, so I don't see it has a "dumping." Any way I look at it there was a buying interest strong enough to keep the price from a crash.

However, this sometimes happens when there is a person to person negotiation of a private transfer that is cleared through the open market for the convenience of the buyer and seller parties. I am not suggesting this is what happened, but I am saying that I have seen this happen in the past with other stocks. When this occurs, it is sometimes the case that there is an agreed upon transaction price, and the stock block is so large as to not make the market in the customary fashion.
