Just a guess but, with Georgia's Brian Corday in as EVP for "BUsiness Development" and a large shareholder, they may be working on being a vehicle for a private company looking to go public through a reverse merger as happened with Darlington Mines turning into PLSB. Corday's Bull Bear Ventures may have portfolio holding that fits into that category. According to the SEC, pump&dumpers often do this.
