It hasn't fallen below .005 and currently sits at .053. Ihub charts have something wrong with them as many and lots more tickers never show proper pps on Ihub.

The Canadian ticker is being blocked from collapsing by TD with a pair of .05 orders, if they leave we will see .001 here eventually.

As for the scummers from Well Power - they are long gone and will leave that ticker just die away until they can sell it to a new gang of thieves for a new scam.

It happens wayyyy to often when you look at how much money the SEC gets to prevent this exact scenario......... just more wasted money IMO

I can only hope 2016 develops like this chickadee
