Well no one wants the 500 shares offered at $.0001. Why I ask my self, someone before paid considerably more for them and now they are at par.

Yes it is true that all the spoils go to the ones who hold the bonds as well the collateral and any profit is in the pockets of management but in the reinvestment of capital all proceeds are split between the ones who own the assets and the ones who provide the taxable capital that was never removed from the personal balance sheet of these individuals.

Keep in mind that once they are paid out share holders debt owing is reduced leaving only issued shares outstanding.
