What a surprise... the BBDA ATM got used up.
CEO Brian Weber blames the shareholders for not keeping up their part in supporting the PPS!

Damning info against CEO Brian Weber, promoted races and not the product. From Area Auto Racing News (paid paper):

This announcement led to some confusion at first on what is happening with the KOMA Modified Series, which had just completed its second season with the likely loss of it's founder and sponsor, KOMA and CEO of it's BeBevCo busi- ness, Brian Weber. Attempts to contact Weber for his input as part of this story- through phone calls, text, and messaging were unsuccessful. Weber did an interview with AARN before this season began, outlining his plans to promote the events and keep admission prices low to bring in more fans. "I'm excited for this season," Weber said in February. "We'll have more contingency spon- sors, and all of these pieces coming together. We expect to have at least five races televised on a tape delayed basis in 2015. I'm going to spend money on marketing one way or another. I might as well do it with some- thing that I enjoy." Unfortunately the TV never happened, the sponsors never came, and Weber's business un- derperformed, leading to the current situation with KOMA. However, race director Randy Myers, well he says he was caught off goard by the PASS announcement, vows to con- tinue the series into a third sea- son.
