Most of the Freddie preferreds are too thinly traded to appeal to me. Too easy to get trapped by news inciting big swings in S/P before you can either get out or add more.

Amendment 3 did open the litigation floodgates. But much of the alleged crimes and improprieties go back to the conservatorship being imposed in 2008. Why did these charges only become relevant or litigatible after Amendment 3 was imposed?
