I agree that the CEO has said "no reverse split", but neither he nor you can say that it will NEVER happen. The plan for every company is "no reverse split", so I'm not really sure why this is such a huge issue, although the current share structure is not manageable for a company the size of VPER. And sales being made by Apollo have little to no impact on VPER's bottom line, so I'm not sure why people are so excited about Apollo doing or being involved with anything. Of course, that's all VPER has, but it won't amount to anything for VPER shareholders.
