CEO is being completely honest about "no reverse split". The timeframe is the issue. He may mean "no reverse split tomorrow" or "no reverse split for a year", but he can't honestly say there will never be one. And a company that is actively diluting can't easily do a reverse split. Kind of defeats the purpose of the dilution.
My opinion is that a reverse split is definitely going to happen, but the question is when. I think they'll put it off at least another year, maybe even two. The share structure is not suited to a company this small, so at this point the CEO would more than likely say that will change through buybacks. Ideally, that is what would happen, but I don't think that's what will happen with VPER.
Everything is sitting on Apollo and VPER shareholders are going to see little, if anything, from Apollo.
