Check the Level2: that stupid seller still ask 10M shares at 0.0004! If this idoit had 10M shares asked at 0.0004 a few weeks ago then FEECQ would not bounce to 0.0007. Instead 0.0004 woild be the resistance price then! I hope the sellers to learn how to sell their shares without blocking the way up significantly...
