Do OTC companies have to release an 8-K in a timely fashion after material events occur?

Do they have to release one in a timely fashion after material events get leaked?

Do they have to release a pr announcing the leak is bullshit?

Do they have to do anything regarding this topic that real companies do that trade on real exchanges? I know for a fact that real companies have to do all of the above.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
