SITO Mobile Appoints Joseph Wilkinson as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations
JERSEY CITY, N.J., Jan. 05, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SITO Mobile Ltd. (NASDAQ:SITO), a leading mobile engagement platform, today announced that it has appointed Joseph Wilkinson as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Wilkinson will lead the development and execution of SITO Mobile’s investor relations strategy in partnership with SITO’s senior management.
Mr. Wilkinson, a seasoned investor relations executive, joins SITO Mobile after his most recent position as Vice President of Investor Relations at Millennial Media. While at Millennial, he was instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both buy and sell side analysts from its IPO through several strategic acquisitions, culminating with its eventual sale to AOL/Verizon. Previous to this role, Mr. Wilkinson was Vice President of Investor Relations for XM Satellite Radio.

Mr. Wilkinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland.
