A MILLION shares is just $2k. So, a few thousand dollars can move this SCAM up 100%. But as soon as the DUMP, volume collapses to some days zero trades. CAVEAT EMPTOR !! SCAM. Nobody is buying their 2 G device. and the 3 G vehicle tracking is a white label from Siemens.
SO, no real product from lbas at all.
