I have some initial shares I want convert to gold to cover my initial costs and want to go long on the rest which I hope will make a home run. I finally got a hold of someone at the ITEC office and they said they would take this to the desk of the person who does this. It's been over a month now and haven't heard back. What are the steps I have to take to do this? What do I sign? How does this work?
