Thank you for the feedback. If i'm in error I'd certainly like to know it.

But i think you are in error this time.

Here's the SEC form link.

If you take a close look you will see 4 Acquired (A) and 1 Disposed (D) transaction.

The (D) transaction was only for 21,355 units.

This is consistent throughout all of the insider option activity.
You've been looking at these third party sights and they don't give you the full story. Just a line item.
