If history is to be discussed,lets at least stick to the facts.Years ago M Elliot had a health issue which had him step down temporarily as CEO.As interim CEO, E Nixon scheduled Eco Safe to attend a trade show in China.Nixon had decades of experience in China and many contacts there.Unfortunately prior to the show Nixon suffered his own medical emergency which made travel impossible and led to his leaving the company.At this time the company decided it best to cancel the trade show appearance.This is what happened.Nothing more nothing less.To claim this implies some sort of corporate impropriety is nonsense.
