Not grossly optimistic. They were out right lies. Management knew that stuff wasn't going to take place. Nobody misses a call that badly and business do not report speculations like that. Crooks are crooks. But those are not the only instances. There are others like that and then there are the lies management made about the China trip, and the fake financial releases, etc. Then, there are all the sales of shares by management at just the right moments to try to benefit from the false promotions of the company's situation via the issuance of PRs. No wonder investors don't play this anymore. Practically everybody knows that this company is a scam.
