I also am disappointed in no update from the judge and am done speculating. Everything I have expected from reasonable people has fallen short of reality other than they are working out a deal and it is taking longer to get agreement. The judge has had plenty of time giving her this week as the benefit of doubt.

Neither playboy or CIRTRAN principals can buy up stock due to insider trading regulations at this juncture. They have to wait 48 hours after Press releases.

If one wanted to make sure they recovered their money they might want to put orders in for say a third or 25% of their shares at the .003 to .005 range to make sure their orders were filled first as the stock spikes on good news. You would still have 67% to 75% for catching the upside wave. Just saying depending on the avg price you are sitting at.
