In full disclosure I trimmed some today while there is a buyer here as I am truly no bankruptcy expert

I understood the potential when I thought there was $10+mil in retained earnings but I no longer fully understand what's going on post $11mil to Continental OR the potential value here OR how/if the NOL's can be used

Judging by how someone is sucking up shares post-settlement i'll probably regret trimming BUT I don't like swimming blindly and with my bankruptcy skill level that's what I feel like I'm doing
