Well, we can expect at the very least a new management team coming in. Best case he sells the ticker to someone else, but i don't see that happening.

If we are correct in assuming a 1B or so outstanding, that leaves a lot of shares available for a new enterprise before there would be a need to reverse split. I think we're a reverse merger candidate, but what role will berthold have in that case?

Hoping for a reverse merger in 2016.
