Unless the purpose of the entity is the dilution itself. Then there is no chance.

Think about who gets the money when the dilutive shares are sold into the uninformed retail market.

They (insiders) make more by onselling shares than by selling a few shitty ceramic pieces.

Last qtr VAPE was $250K sales for the whole qtr. (with a loss)

VAPE has "paid/repaid" out to insiders 5 times that value in shares in the last few months. That have all then found their way on to the retail market.

The company didnt get the money for the shares of course. The shares were all "owed" to the insiders.

What is the purpose of a company that delivers 5x gross sales to its insiders? At that point Is it the sales/business,or the dilution itself? 5x gross sales! No company can survive that.
