One thing Billy has going in his favor is when this shipwrecked there wasn't as many ships in the area as years later. A whole lot less shipwrecks in the early years. It would be nice is he and his crew could finish the work they had started! and of course receive their division from the previous work done.
The big question is yes what the heck? and many more unanswered questions in MN centuries before Columbus? Very fascinating
