I am quite certain that the significant bump is volume y'day
had to do with EOY 2015 selling for the purpose of tax loss
harvesting

Theoretically, one might imagine the sellers buying in ( per
the rules ) to reinstate their position in 30 or more days .


BUT WHY WOULD THEY GIVEN Pershing MANAGEMENT's
APALLING INCOMPETENCE ?
